2 Implants and Crowns

 
This patient was born missing two front lateral incisors. 2 implants were placed in the bone and all porcelain crowns were placed on the implants.

This patient had 7 upper crowns and 5 lower crowns to improve esthetics/crossbite

Peg Laterals

 

This patient had 2 anterior peg laterals (the teeth next to the central incisors were rotated and shaped atypical of normal lateral incisors). 2 all porcelain crowns were placed to give her a natural smile.
